IOPE XMD Stem3 Clinical Recovery Emulsion is a 130 ml emulsion formulated with niacinamide, acetyl tetrapeptide-11, and hydrolyzed DNA. It also contains chlorella protothecoides extract and beta-glucan.

• Hydration : Hyaluronic acid, beta-glucan, mannitol, glycerin, and propanediol.
• Emollients : Hydrogenated polyisobutene, hydrogenated poly(C6-14 olefin), diisostearyl malate, phenyl trimethicone, and PCA dimethicone.

Before use Take a small amount at the skincare step after cleansing, spread it gently along the skin, and press with the palms to help it absorb. Being an emulsion, it fits well after a toner, and following with a cream works if the skin feels dry.
