Dr.G Green Mild Up Sun Stick 20g

A sun stick can be a useful format when you want to reapply during the day without dispensing cream into your hands. Green Mild Up Sun Stick is a 20g solid product containing Zinc Oxide. Consider both portability and whether you can apply it evenly around facial contours; carrying it and applying enough are separate decisions.

Zinc Oxide in an emollient base

Octyldodecanol is followed by Zinc Oxide, with Cetyl Ethylhexanoate and Coco-Caprylate/Caprate among the following ingredients. Silica Silylate and structuring materials also appear. This is a different formulation approach from a water-based cream squeezed from a tube. The finish and interaction with makeup can depend on your routine and application amount.

Read past the Mild name

Centella, green tea and pine bark extracts appear alongside ectoin and tocopherol. Fragrance is also listed, which matters if you specifically want an unscented formula. 7-Dehydrocholesterol is not identical to cholesterol, while Butyloctyl Salicylate should not be read as the exfoliating ingredient Salicylic Acid. Multiple botanical ingredients do not guarantee that every sensitive skin will tolerate the finished stick.

Even coverage matters more than a quick swipe

Cover areas that are easy to miss, including around the nose and the edges of the face. Check the exposed neck too, and reapply after sweat or friction removes the product. If buying a stick for touch-ups, adequate application still matters. Red Blemish Soothing Up uses a different filter composition and base, so compare it as a separate formula rather than assuming the two sticks differ only by name.
