STEP 1 begins with Water and Glycerin and includes botanical extracts, Peppermint Extract, Peppermint Oil and Panthenol. STEP 2 begins with Water, Betaine and Glycerin and includes Panthenol, Witch Hazel Leaf Extract and Dipotassium Glycyrrhizate. Shared plant names do not make the complete formulas identical.
