Before use After cleansing, smooth the skin with toner, then take out the sheet and fit it to the shape of the face. Leave it on for about 10 to 20 minutes, remove it, and pat any remaining essence in gently. Removing it within the set time rather than leaving it until the sheet dries out works well.
