Four products, four declarations

Both 3D and 4D are 7g products with black iron oxide, carnauba wax, beeswax and film-forming materials. Their order and composition differ, so the lists remain separate. The 9.5g correction product lists polyquaternium-11 and PVP. Lash Serum is 10g and includes glycerin, panthenol, protein-related ingredients and peptides.

Keep conditioning claims proportionate

Biotin, myristoyl pentapeptide-17 and biotinoyl tripeptide-1 are declared serum ingredients. Their presence does not prove a specified increase in lash length or treatment for lash loss. The correction notice is for the original product; charcoal and botanical ingredients from the later Black version have not been substituted.

Think about removal as well as application

Reduce excess on the brush and coat the lashes thinly, avoiding the eye itself and the waterline. Remove the product if discomfort develops. Do not dilute dried product with water or share the brush. At the end of the day, remove makeup with a suitable eye remover and keep the container closed.

A buying question answered

They are separate products. The serum lists hydrolyzed silk, keratin and peptides; the correction product includes polyquaternium-11 and PVP. 3D and 4D contain black iron oxide and waxes for makeup definition. The correction formula is the original BO00100006, not the later Black version.

Use and comparison choices

Identify the selected product before applying to clean lashes. Use Lash Serum sparingly for conditioning; comb a thin layer of 3D, 4D or Correction Cara through the lashes. Avoid the eye and waterline, then cap. Remove makeup products with a suitable eye remover.

Compare 3D and 4D by their own formula, brush and desired lash appearance. Compare serum by its conditioning role.

Add the selected mascara to lashes after shadow. Using both serum and mascara is optional.
