The official list attaches 100,000ppm to Centella Asiatica Extract. This is the stated amount of the extract material, not a concentration for individual constituents such as madecassoside or asiaticoside. A plant extract and isolated Centella-derived ingredients are different labels. Do not rename the whole product 100% Centella or calculate a soothing result from this number alone.

Place it within a moisturizing routine

Butylene glycol is a humectant ingredient. The brand directs spreading the essence evenly over the face and neck and allowing it to absorb. Start with the amount needed and follow with a familiar moisturizer if dryness remains. A short ingredient list does not establish that a cream becomes unnecessary, nor that several toners and essences must be layered for the routine to work.
