Before use After cleansing, smooth the skin with a toner, then fit the sheet to the contours of the face and leave it on for about 10 to 20 minutes before removing. Pat any remaining essence into the skin. Removing the sheet before it dries lets you spread the leftover essence onto the neck or arms.
