The La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M Blemish Essence is a 40 ml essence formulated with niacinamide and salicylic-acid-family ingredients. Pomegranate peel extract and vitreoscilla ferment are also included.

Formulated with

Acid-based care : Capryloyl salicylic acid and salicylic acid.
Skin conditioning : Niacinamide, zinc PCA, mannose, and 2-oleamido-1,3-octadecanediol.
Botanical and fermented ingredients : Pomegranate peel extract, vitreoscilla ferment, and rice starch.
Texture and oil-phase ingredients : Silica, dimethicone, isocetyl stearate, isohexadecane, and myristyl myristate.
