Before use After cleansing, smooth the skin with toner, then fit the sheet to the face and remove it after about 10 to 20 minutes. Pat any remaining essence in gently. Since the formula contains a spicule ingredient, keeping the wear time short on days when skin feels sensitive, and removing it as soon as any irritation is felt, works well.
